Strategic Assessment

The Sibery Group’s approaches to assessing strategic direction range from completing a simple Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT) analysis to completing an in-depth review of an institution’s existing strategy. Regardless of the method chosen by an institution for strategic evaluation, these assessments typically lead to the development and implementation of a new strategic direction.
